Engineered wood flooring undergoes rigorous quality control: materials, precise production, moisture management, surface inspection, premium finish, dimensional accuracy, and extensive testing ensure durability.
We perform moisture content (MC) checks on KD boards before they enter the Tongue and Groove (T&G) processing workshop. KD boards are sorted based on MC levels to ensure uniformity. Both faces and all four sides are inspected, and any boards with defects are removed from the process to maintain quality standards.
Prior to Tongue and Groove (T&G) processing, workers conduct a surface inspection and remove any boards with defects. This quality control step ensures that only boards meeting the desired standards proceed to the T&G processing phase.
During production, we inspect for processing defects and categorize T&G boards by natural color variation, ensuring uniformity. Prior to UV coating, we check surface quality and thickness through sanding. In the UV product line, we eliminate any defective coatings. After that, we classify the final product colors to achieve uniformity. Our advanced kiln drying techniques are a crucial factor in ensuring the floor’s long-term stability.
We tailor the drying of AD boards to match local climate requirements, ensuring their moisture content aligns with the region’s needs. Different wood species demand specific drying conditions, including time, temperature, and moisture levels. After kiln drying, boards undergo a critical stress-relief period, with varying durations based on the species. This step is vital to ensure floor stability.
Randomly selected final products from the UV coating line undergo comprehensive testing for impact resistance, wear resistance, surface hardness, adhesion, scratch resistance, moisture content, and dimensions. Detailed records are maintained for all tests. If any parameter falls short of specifications, we promptly notify the relevant workshop for immediate improvement.
Elevate global market presence, enhance DQMADEWOOD's image with top-quality, timely deliveries, and excel in wood flooring through advanced machinery, quality materials, and skilled staff.
We ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, and reliability. In-house inspections and full tracking with photos/videos during manufacturing enhance transparency and trust.
Wood veneer is split and graded. An abrasion test assesses coating resistance, random checks maintain consistent gloss, and scratch tests measure coating durability.
Assemble flooring on a flat surface, check seams for evenness, inspect the gap tightness. Examine board ends for smooth, even paint without indentations, bubbles, stains, or damage.
We guarantee moisture content compliance in our hardwood flooring. Sample cutting, drying, and weight measurement, along with pin-type meter testing, ensure quality standards.
Lay wood flooring diagonally in well-lit areas. Examine board ends for smooth, even paint without waviness or damage. Ensure paint is bubble-free, without white spots, stains, or surface damage.
